Left Bank Books and Sister Cities Cajun present a post-Sunday supper conversation with Melissa M. Martin, Cajun chef behind the New Orleans restaurant Mosquito Supper Club, and Travis and Pamela Parfait of St. Louis’ Sister Cities Cajun.

The chefs will celebrate Martin’s new cookbook, MOSQUITO SUPPER CLUB: CAJUN RECIPES FROM A DISAPPEARING BAYOU. They will also discuss recipes, tips and techniques, growing up in the Bayou, and how to help restaurants recover from the pandemic. There will be a giveaway with a t-shirt from Mosquito Supper Club and t-shirt and merchandise from Sister Cities, with a lucky winner randomly selected from customers that purchase a signed copy of Mosquito Supper Club from Left Bank Books.
