Left Bank Books welcomes award-winning author and poet Gail Lukasik, who will sign and discuss her new book, White Like Her: My Family’s Story of Race and Racial Passing. 

White Like Her is the story of Gail Lukasik’s mother’s “passing,” Gail’s struggle with the shame of her mother’s choice, and her subsequent journey of self-discovery and redemption.

This event is free and open to the public, but proof of purchase of White Like Her from Left Bank Books will be required to enter the signing line.
