Left Bank Books welcomes acclaimed poet and author Eileen Myles, who will sign and discuss their new book, Afterglow (a dog memoir). Myles’ newest book paints a kaleidoscopic portrait of a beloved confidant: her pit bull, Rosie. Starting from the emptiness following Rosie’s death, Afterglow (a dog memoir) launches a heartfelt exploration into the bond between pet and pet-owner.

As part of this event, Left Bank Books will raise funds for the Metro Trans Umbrella Group, a grassroots nonprofit organization working to create a more inclusive  community here in Saint Louis. Donate online here.
