Sushi School

On the second Tuesday of every month, learn the art of sushi making from some of St. Louis’ best sushi chefs.

February’s class will focus on the history of sushi, knife sharpening and preparation, making sushi rice, how to select and cut fish, and, of course, how to roll your own sushi. Students will dine on edamame, miso soup, a makimono roll and two nigiri, while also enjoying a Japanese beer and a sake.

Each class is $60 per person and includes a hands-on experience, a three-course meal and two drinks. All ages welcome.
