TechArtista is excited to host Leah Cruz, Founder Love n’ Light Wellness and PuraVegan, for a crash course on how to cook plant-based foods. Leah will go over the tips and tricks of making plant-based meals, alternatives to eating out, nutrition, wellness, whole foods, sustainability and the relationship between food and healing. A delicious plant-based lunch & drinks plus recipes are included.

TechArtista has its flagship location in the Central West End, where they met Leah, who popped up for Meatless Mondays and Taco Tuesdays at Golden Grocer. Leah plans to open a new location of her own, focused on plant-based foods, and will be doing pop-ups, health & wellness coaching, and providing other services in the meantime.
