You will blend three jars of Café Osage spice mix and wrap them up in the Furoshiki style with hand dyed silk scarves. While your scarves soak in a natural dye of Madder root, you will hand-mix and package the Café Osage spice blends for a beautiful and tasty holiday gift. All supplies will be provided and you will leave with your packaged goods to give to family or friends. This workshop involves the use of dye so please dress accordingly in old clothing and shoes that may be stained.
