Join Dr. George Dean as he explores the history and stories behind pieces from his world-renowned chess collection.

Together with his wife, Vivian, Dr. Dean has been collecting chess sets for 55 years. Their collection includes over 1,000 chess sets from their travels to more than 100 countries, including more than 30 of which are featured in the World Chess Hall of Fame’s current exhibition, Animal, Vegetable, Mineral: Natural Splendors from the Chess Collection of Dr. George and Vivian Dean.
