Yellowbelly just released their new house beer, and to celebrate, they’re hosting a party on their patio! Unwind after work with some Yellowbelly Pale Lager. They will have their Japanese Yakitori Binchotan charcoal grill set up outside, grilling veggies and meats on sticks. From kiddie pools full of beer, to tropical vibes and fun all around, this is one patio party you won’t want to miss!
An Evening with David Sedaris | Left Bank Books

Don’t miss your chance to meet best-selling author and humorist David Sedaris, who will be discussing and signing his new book Calypso at Left Bank Books. As you know, if you read David’s writing, see him on his epic tours, or hear him on the radio — there’s no better storyteller. David has a knack for making us cringe, laugh-out-loud and cry, all in the span of a few lines. This particular collection seems to take an even deeper and darker, more introspective turn, and surpasses his best writing yet. All tickets are $20.00 and include a paperback copy of Calypso and admission to the booksigning portion of the program.

Sample and sip your way through the Central West End, at our 4th Annual CWE Cocktail Party, featuring food and drinks from your favorite local establishments like Bar Italia, Kingside Diner, and Mission Taco Joint. Watch as some of St. Louis’ top bartenders compete in a spirited cocktail competition and enjoy live music and performances! This event is free and open to the public, and will take place outdoors on Euclid Ave, between Maryland and McPherson.
Brunch for Mutts | The Chase Club
Sunday, June 9
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Bring your pup and enjoy brunch on The Chase Club’s picturesque patio, all for a good cause! The Chase Club, located in The Chase Park Plaza, is proud to support Stray Rescue of St. Louis with a “Brunch for Mutts” yappy hour event. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the restaurant will donate 25% of its profits to Stray Rescue, a local non-profit that rescues stray animals in need of medical attention, restores them to health, and places them in loving adoptive homes.
