CWE Art & Taste

Taste, sip, stroll and explore at the CWE Art & Taste. Join us on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 1-5 p.m. for an afternoon filled with artist talks at CWE galleries, unique art vendors and an opportunity to sample bites from some of your favorite CWE restaurants.

How It Works:

• Participating galleries will host a progressive art stroll with talks and presentations from featured artists and gallery owners. Events at the galleries will start at 1 p.m. and will take place on the hour.
  • 1 p.m. — Philip Slein Gallery
  • 2 p.m. — Duane Reed Gallery
  • 3 p.m. — Houska Gallery
  • 4 p.m. — Square One Gallery
  • 1-5 p.m. — SpringArt Photo and Walker-Cunningham open houses inside the Pierce Arrow Building

• Vendors featuring local artists, handmade makers, vintage curators and more located along Euclid. 1-5 p.m.
• Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a digital passport to sample small bites at participating restaurants while strolling the neighborhood. 1-5 p.m.
  1. Buy your passport online. Link will be live on 9/1.
  2. Check in at the event to receive your access code.
     1. Please keep your Eventbrite receipt. Passports are digital instead of print, and can be found on the CWE App, which you can download here or by searching “CWE Scene” in the app store. You will receive your passport access code at the event.
     2. On the day of the event, you will check in at the event booth in the CWE. The location will be emailed to you in advance of the event. You’ll present your Eventbrite receipt to receive a unique access code. You’ll type the access code into the CWE App, and your passport is unlocked!
  3. Sample & Explore: Visit participating restaurants along Euclid Ave. (between Forest Park and Washington) for delicious small bites.
