Mix it up with Drunken Fish’s fresh new cocktail menu

There’s always something new to try in the CWEscene!

We recently sat down with Jim Walker, longtime Drunken Fish bartender and assistant restaurant manager, to learn more about some of the recent changes to the popular sushi spot’s signature cocktail menu, plus an exciting new special (available Aug. 31).

“At Drunken Fish, keeping things fresh is what we’re all about,” Jim says. “We’re constantly thinking about new ways to stay on the cutting edge of what St. Louis nightlife has to offer.”

To that end, the team at Drunken Fish worked with renowned mixologists to craft a brand-new signature cocktail menu centered around fresh, house-made ingredients and innovative twists on traditional drinks. The menu includes 14 entirely new drinks, as well as updated versions of the restaurant’s ever-popular Madame Butterfly and Mr. Miyagi.

“The response so far, from regulars and newcomers alike, has been overwhelmingly positive,” Jim says. “We’re really proud of what we put together and can’t wait for everyone to get down to the CWE to check it out!”

Wednesdays After Work
