Pure Barre CWE has three different classes to help you strengthen, lengthen and tone your physique — and tonight — they’re breaking down their Pure Reform class! Perfect for beginners, this FREE 45-minute interactive workshop walks you through each section of the Pure Reform class and helps you focus on finding proper alignment while using the resistance bands and sliders. Independent Bookstore Day | Left Bank Books

Celebrate “Independent Bookstore Day” at your favorite local bookstore: Left Bank Books! This one-day national party takes place at indie bookstores across the country on the last Saturday in April. In addition to authors, live music, scavenger hunts, kids events, readings, contests, and other fun stuff, there are exclusive books and literary items that you can only get on that day. Trust us, you won’t want to miss their One-Hour Used Book Sale at 10 a.m. Little ones are also invited to a special Children’s Storytime at 11 a.m.
Kids’ Pure Beginner Class | Saint Louis Chess Club

Introduce your little one to the wonderful world of chess! Every Sunday at 1 p.m., the Saint Louis Chess Club hosts a Pure Beginner Class, just for kids. Every Grandmaster has to start somewhere! Children will learn the rules of the game during this introductory class. All classes are free and open to members.
