Husband-and-wife duo Alex and Madison Kamakas will bring at least four new locations of Louisiana-based juice and smoothie bar franchise Main Squeeze Juice Co. to the St. Louis region.

Their first location will open in early 2022 in the Central West End at 310 N. Euclid Ave., next door to Warby Parker.

“We are so excited to be bringing Main Squeeze to St. Louis and providing quick, healthy options to the local community,” Madison Kamakas said in a statement. “We are looking forward to being the first Main Squeeze location in Missouri and providing fresh and healthy juices, smoothies and bowls to people across the state.”

Main Squeeze, with 1,400 square feet of space in the CWE, will offer gluten-free and vegan menu options, including cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies, we well as juice cleanse programs, shots and acai bowls.
