The Noble Crown
The Noble Crown is a Modern American Bistro open 7 days a week for lunch & dinner. Our chef-driven neighborhood restaurant is located on the corner or Maryland & Euclid in the Central West End of The World, & was built / executed by an incredibly talented team, comprising of Chef John Perkins, General Manager Chad Bertelsman, Chef Matt Daughaday, Chef Adam Gnau & Chef Dan LeGrand.
The Under Ground Crown (opening early fall) is the Mediterranean subterranean destination for international small plates; featuring a dedicated burrata bar, an intimate six-seat chef’s counter, & a private dining room set within the building’s historic boiler room. The Under Ground Crown will have an extensive international wine program—from small-production growers to rare and hard-to-find bottles—with an unreal wine club membership.
