Make Your Return to the Mega | PLNK CWE

All Weekend Long

If you’ve gotten bored of at-home workouts, you’re in luck! PLNK CWE has officially reopened their doors and there are plenty of megas waiting for you at the studio (spaced 6-8 feet apart). Expect a total body workout in just 50 minutes, focusing on strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility. All staff members will be wearing face coverings, all clients will be required to sanitize their hands before class, and additional wipes will be provided before and after each class. They have also adjusted their schedule to allow for additional cleaning and no class overlap. New to the studio? They’ve got a special deal just for you: 3 months of unlimited classes for $175/month. Or take advantage of their discounted single sessions: $19/class (This rate is open to anyone through August 28).

Catch a Musical Performance in Motion | Central West End

Did someone say Music on a Truck? That’s exactly what’s happening this Sunday during Make Music Day! At 4 p.m., a mobile stage with performing musicians, including Al Holliday, will be cruising through the Central West End (down Euclid Ave), providing tunes for anyone and everyone to enjoy. This “Music in Motion” project is designed to bring awareness of the global music celebration while practicing safe social distancing. When you see the truck coming, be sure to tag @makemusicstl.
