Candles & Calligraphy | The Candle Fusion Studio

You’re invited to a one-of-a-kind workshop, combining custom candles and calligraphy! Your evening at The Candle Fusion Studio will begin with an exploration of 100+ fragrances in the candle library. Choose your favorites, blend your signature scent at the candle “bar”, and create a custom 8 oz candle. The creativity continues with hands-on calligraphy instruction by local calligrapher Emma Vonder Haar. This workshop includes learning basic modern calligraphy techniques and practical tips to take home, as well as a custom-made calligraphy candle label. Summer Rooftop Yoga | The Chase Park Plaza

Perfect your downward dog with a view! Grab your yoga mat and head to the beautiful Chase Park Plaza Hotel for their Summer Rooftop Yoga Series. Unwind yoga-style while taking in the fresh air and sunset views of Forest Park. Lite snacks and mingling to follow class. All are welcome! Up-Down STL Grand Opening | Up-Down STL

Friday, June 14

20 Free Tokens to the First 100 Guests

The wait is over! Up-Down STL is opening on June 14 and they’re ready to celebrate! Get ready for the newest arcade bar in St. Louis, featuring over 60 vintage arcade games and pins from the 80’s and 90’s, over 60 craft beers on tap, a large pet-friendly outdoor patio, and three bars behind Up-Down STL’s doors. This Friday, they’re giving away 20 free tokens to the first 100 guests! That’s 20 free plays on any game they have. When you run out of tokens, each game is only 25 cents.

2019 CWE Home & Garden Tour | The Mansions of Kingsbury Place

Saturday, June 15 & Sunday, June 16
10 a.m. – 4 p.m. 
Tickets- $30 online and at the door

Spend an afternoon exploring the mansions of Kingsbury Place at the 2019 CWE Home and Garden Tour. Experience the grandeur of these gorgeous homes and gardens on this private tree-lined boulevard. Tours are self guided. Enjoy food trucks from A Slice of the Hill (Saturday) and Pi Pizzeria (Sunday) at this year’s event! Food trucks and a picnic area will be located on the far west side of Kingsbury Place Boulevard from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days. Tickets are $30 online and at the door, $20 for CWEA Members. 

Treat Dad to a Cigar | Brennan’s

Sunday, June 16
Noon-11 p.m.

Bring your dad to Brennan’s on Father’s Day and receive two complimentary aged cigars with any purchase of $20 or more. Suggested menu items for you and Dad include Brennan’s new Lobster Roll ($18), a Bowmore 12 Yr Single Malt Scotch ($12), or the bar’s house Manhattan made with Rittenhouse Rye ($9). Brennan’s members-only cigar lounge is closed on Sundays, however customers are welcome to enjoy their cigars on the bar’s front patio.
