5 Things to Do This Weekend in the CWE: Aug. 2-4

In need of weekend plans? Join us in the Central West End. You can enjoy live music, explore our boutiques, enjoy a variety of different kinds of food at our restaurants and much more. Whether you’re solo, with friends or with kids, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Here are five ways to spend your weekend in the CWE.

Dine Out for Breakfast| The Preston

Whether you’re a guest at the Chase Park Plaza or simply looking for somewhere new to eat, you’ll enjoy dining at The Preston. For breakfast, try the Chase Breakfast, which includes two eggs your way, potatoes, choice of protein and choice of toast. They also have other favorites like blueberry pancakes and brioche French toast. For a lighter fare, enjoy avocado toast or a black bean veggie bowl. With your meal, have coffee, tea or one of their cocktails. Breakfast at The Preston is a great way to kickstart your day.

Play Arcade Games| Up-Down St. Louis

Join Up-Down this Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. for their monthly family hours. You and the kids will have the opportunity to play a variety of retro arcade games; discover familiar favorites as well as unique ones that you may never have played before. Take a break and enjoy one of Up-Down’s delicious slices of pizza. They’ll also have a full bar and sodas and other kid-friendly drinks for your little ones.

Shop Local| Provisions St. Louis

Shopping for someone? Shopping for yourself? Visit Provisions to check out their eclectic collection of books, home decor, accessories and more. If you know someone who loves cats, Provisions has highlighted several items including a cat tray, a notebook with “screenplays about my cat” printed on the cover and a book “Girls and Their Cats” by Brianne Wills with Elyse Moody. These are just a few of their cat-themed item (and don’t worry, there’s dog-focused items too). Stop by this weekend to browse all that they have to offer!

Enjoy Dessert| Kampai Sushi Bar
