The Legendary Halloween in the Central West End includes daytime activities for the whole family. Get the costumes ready. The celebration kicks off at 11 a.m. with a parade and party for kids, followed by a parade for dogs, live entertainment, trick or treating and concludes with an adults- only party from 6p.m. – midnight Oct. 26, 11 a.m.- midnight at the intersection of Maryland and Euclid.
