Chocolate and Wine Event at Bissinger’s

Decadent chocolates. Delicious wines. Both amazing in their own right, but out of this world when expertly paired together.

Last evening, we had the fortune to enjoy an event engagingly guided by Bissinger’s Chief Chocolatier, Dave Owens. First course was a great match – a refreshing Wine Cocktail with savory Prairie Breeze Cheddar toasts and prosciutto. It was a perfect base for a variety of brilliantly matched courses. They were all divine, but if we were forced to pick a favorite, it would have to be the Pear Balsamic Salt Caramel paired with the Sonoma Pinot Noir. Just wow.
