Scape and Crepes Etc. have a new pastry chef–Julie Weldele! Weldele will be the new visionary of the dessert menu at the bistro and the creperie. Julie has worked at Sidney Street Cafe in Benton Park, and most recently at the Ritz Carlton in Clayton. Weldele is looking to-“elevate the pastries” at both locations to a new level, and “bring a new contemporary feel to the plated desserts” at Scape.
