Remember the days when health food meant either a. dutifully packing your lunch every morning (of course, this also requires actually going to the grocery store), or b. sitting down at a restaurant, only to wait forever for your overpriced salad? Well, ever since Green Bean opened in the heart of the CWE last November, the impossible combination of speed and health has been successfully achieved – an achievement the  RiverFront Times Blogger who recently visited the fresh salad and wrap spot acknowledged full-heartedly. The review praised founders Nick Guzman and Sarah Haselkorn for their professional restaurant plan and for creating a fast, but healthy, on-the-go option. You may be wondering why this is so surprising to the RFT; well, the founders are young, as in fresh out of college/still in school young. We are proud of Green Bean, and sorry to say RFT, we aren’t surprised!
