Co-owners of Pi Pizzeria, Chris Sommers and Frank Uible are excited to announce their newest restaurant concept, and this time, it doesn’t have pizza on the menu. Instead, the restaurant venture will spotlight another favorite: tacos. We are told to expect a “Baja-surfer-hippie vibe” for the decor and a taco centered menu running at about four dollars each. The new restaurant “Gringo” will be coming to the Central West End this Spring and will call 398 North Euclid Avenue home, where Rothschild’s Antiques currently resides. Don’t worry- Rothschild’s is far from going out of business and is planning to announce their next phase soon!
