Congratulations to Left Bank Books  who recently won a store makeover by the Bookstore Make-Over Project sponsored by the Bookstore Training Group of Paz & Associates to celebrate its 20th anniversary. 17 bookstores entered the contest, and Left Bank was the lucky winner. 

In Left Bank’s application, owners Kris Kleindienst and Jarek Steele had commented: “Frankly, it’s looking really tired at this point and the layout does not work for us at all anymore.” Well Kris and Jarek, not only does the CWE still love you regardless, but St. Louis as a whole does as well. The makeover will only enhance the great bookstore you have already become.

The project is expected to be completed by October 15, 2012. Congrats again, Left Bank!  We can’t wait to see the finished product!
