The Central West End is always full of things to do. Happy hours, sales, and special menus are daily occurrences in the neighborhood, and August is no exception. This back-to-school month is packed with excitement, but here are some of the events we’re looking forward to most.
1.) Drunken Fish 10-year Party: To celebrate ten years in St. Louis, Drunken Fish is throwing a sushi soiree Saturday, August 17th in honor of fans and loyal customers. To build excitement for the event, this neighborhood favorite will sport a special menu for ten days prior to the party. The grand event boasts a pre-party social hour, delicious patio dining, and musical and cultural performances throughout the night. Early reservations are highly recommended.
2.) Local Social: Celebrate everything local with our collection of artists, musicians, and street performers that will surround the CWE on August 9th. Shops, restaurants, and galleries are participating, so be sure to check our list of the evening’s events. Plus there will be specialty cocktails and samples of American Harvest Organic Spirit in various stores and restaurants throughout the neighborhood.
3.) Table Talk with Chef Eric Kelly: St. Louis Magazine continues its Table Talk series at Scape in the CWE on August 21st. Mingle with Chef Kelly as you enjoy a five-course meal, each with paired with a specialty beer. It’s sure to be a one-of-a-kind evening, perfect for date night or girls’ night.
