Easter Brunch at The Preston
The menu will open with an appetizer buffet, featuring a chilled seafood display with shrimp, crab claws and fresh oysters, along with an assortment of salads and small plates. Guests may select from a la carte entrees prepared by Chef Culley Freese and the culinary team, including herb-crusted prime rib, duck confit and seared scallops, as well as brunch favorites such as Belgian waffles and made-to-order omelets.
