Coffee Cartel is the only coffee house in St. Louis open 24/7. The Cartel offers a wide selection of espresso beverages, and also carries a decent selection of “adult beverages.” In addition to coffee, they have a full menu with a wide variety of dishes that is sure to please the pickiest of eaters, and – most importantly – ICE CREAM.
