Kick off the summer at one of the most beautiful patios in St. Louis!

This Friday, guests can sit under the stars while sampling Edera Italian Eatery’s new food and beverage specials, while taking in live music from DJ Al Cheekz. Inspired by the popular Summer Solstice celebrations in Italy, Edera is going all out for the season with the launch of two new menus: a Burrata and Bubbles Happy Hour (Tuesdays-Thursdays from 5-6:30 p.m.) and Pizza for a Purpose Late Night Menu (Fridays and Saturdays from 9 p.m. – midnight.). The Summer Solstice launch event is open to the public and does not require reservations; food and beverage is for purchase.

Edera’s new Happy Hour and Late-Night menus will officially launch following the Summer Solstice celebration on Friday, June 25 with a portion of proceeds being donated to Operation Food Search:

• Burrata & Bubbles (Tuesdays-Thursdays, 5-6:30 p.m.): Available exclusively at the restaurant or Courtyard bar, Edera’s popular Burrata goes seasonal with a rotation of farm-fresh produce from Eckert’s. The curated happy hour menu will feature a selection of Burrata offerings paired with fruits, vegetables and local cured meats and oils, such as a Blackberry Burrata with focaccia, almond, pancetta, Eckert’s blackberries, and spiced honey. • Pizza for A Purpose (Fridays and Saturdays, 9 p.m. – Midnight): Known for his pizza, Executive Chef Andrew Simon releases classic and unexpected takes on Neapolitan pizza. The late-night pizza offerings will change regularly with surprising new ingredients such as Nduja and a Sausage & Peppers pizza. See the current menu here. Guests are encouraged to enjoy Pizza with A Purpose on Friday and Saturday nights and a portion of pizza sales will be donated to Operation Food Search to help address food insecurity in the St. Louis metro.
