On Valentine’s Day, Poremba and the Bengelina team will take over The Maryland House to simultaneously host 2 different pop ups.

In the Gallery, Poremba will cook an intimate multi-course dinner featuring signature dishes in a format similar to Elaia’s popular wine dinners. Guests should expect the same level of luxury and finesse.

Bengelina’s Wine Director, My. Luciano Racca, selected special bottles from Elaia’s wine cellar to pair with the exquisite food. Limited availability.

In the Library, Poremba and his Nixta team are converting the terrace into an open kitchen and will be cooking his favorites from Nixta and Bar Limon: ceviches, aguachiles, tacos, tostadas and more.
