Lazy Tiger’s bar program, led by co-owner Tim Wiggins, features cocktails with a mixture of both traditional ingredients and experimental applications. Lazy Tiger is focused on highly sustainable practices and ingredients. The bar will showcase a curated, thoughtful collection of about 50 sustainable, small batch spirit brands. We utilize acid solutions and citrus peels in new and interesting ways to have more of a closed loop system. In addition to the beverages, there will be a short menu of American bites and shareable snacks, which is guided by Yellowbelly Executive Chef Ben Tulin. Wine and beer are also served.
