What’s Happening in the Central West End

The North Community Improvement District in the Central West End is undergoing exciting changes. Businesses and new developments are sprouting up within the District and all around and we are excited to welcome all the new businesses to the area!

The largest and most visible addition to the District is a development project at the corner of Euclid and Lindell. Two development companies, The Opus Group (Opus) and AIG Global Real Estate are constructing a 12-story luxury apartment building which will include 217 apartments, featuring high ceilings, natural light, balconies, and efficient appliances in addition to great amenities for the urban dweller. Adding to the urban environment, the ground-level will include additional retail space which will be a great addition to the mix of CWE restaurants and retailers.  We can’t wait to see what will open in those retail spaces.

In addition to this exciting development, a slew of new businesses have recently opened and more doors are scheduled to open this summer.
